This won't be the most popular post because so many people hold Joel Osteen in high esteem today. The truth never is popular but it still must be told, even if it makes some people angry. Paul warned
Timothy that people would prefer a false gospel to the real thing:
"For
the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to
have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in
accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth
and will turn aside to myths."
